Description
Newly-built LUNZUA hydropower station is located in the northeast part of Zambia LUNZUA River, about 170km away from Kasama Town of North Province to the north, about 30km away from Mbala in east, and about 12km away from Tanganyika in north. It includes a concrete dam, about 3.6km diversion canal, forebay, 1.6 km penstock, powerhouse, switch yard, administrative building and domestic houses

Broadlands Hydropower Station Project in Sri Lanka
Description
The Broadlands Hydropower Project is a run-of-river type power development in the Kelani river basin, which has an installed capacity of 35MW and expects to generate 126GWh of electrical energy annually. It includes two concrete dams, about 4.8km diversion tunnel, surge chamber, powerhouse, switch yard, administrative building and domestic houses.
